Activities - In addition to our local activities, there are seasonal weekend retreats that the youth can participate in, including a Fall Retreat at a 
UM Camp near Rockaway, a Winter Snow Retreat at a UM Camp in the mountains near Sisters.

Youth Confirmation - we include confirmation experiences in our regular youth meetings and schedule several special trips and overnighters.  This is a 2-year process of the youth exploring their faith, asking questions, learning about United Methodism and having an opportunity to join the church.

Youth Ministries Team - this team of adults  looks at the future of our Youth Program, supports the youth and the events they plan, makes program decisions and researches program ideas. 

Who is the Meggan of Meggan’s Corner?

Our Youth Facility is named in honor of Meggan Parkinson, who died in an auto accident in 1997. Meggan was very active in all aspects of the youth program at Oregon City United Methodist Church.

The old Oregon City Drive-In "snack shack" and projection booth have been remodeled, expanded and refurbished to fit the needs of our youth program.
